SAVE MONEY- Add to your bottom line with a Natural Gas Program
July ’09, California – CRMBC is pleased to announce the formation of the Benefits Committee which will leverage the size of our group to bring natural gas cost savings programs to CRMBC members and restaurant operators in California.
Restaurants have the opportunity to buy natural gas in the competitive energy market where cost have averaged between 5% and 20% less than utility rates. With over 3,000 restaurants in our group, we leverage our size to secure the lowest possible prices for energy supplies.
After extensive research, the committee concluded that the most efficient and cost effective approach is to align with an energy consulting firm to manage the programs. The committee has selected Aviva Energy Corp. as the exclusive energy manager for our group. Click here to read an introductory letter from Aviva Energy. You may reach Greg Allen of Aviva Energy by calling (800) 270-7007 or by emailing gallen@AvivaEnergy.com.
Aviva Energy will manage the natural gas program as our energy consultant at a favorable and affordable price of $2.50 per month per gas meter at your restaurants. The monthly fee will take effect only when you have submitted the contracts and Aviva has notified your current supplier.
The Committee is in the final stages of establishing a similar program with Aviva Energy for electricity that should be available by early August.
While this unique cost savings opportunity has been developed by the CRMBC Benefits Committee, the energy programs are open to any restaurant owner or organization in California.
