24 Hour Nurse Triage
CRMBC has a support system that takes the guess work out of first-aid for employers resulting in fewer self-insurance claims and lower costs.
Injured employees talk to a nurse by phone immediately through the CHSI Solutions Hotline, with most languages served. Informed counseling gets the employee off to the right start for recovery. Physician referrals are controlled. The appropriate use of first aid is supported without employers having to make medical decisions.

All claims from a single catastrophic occurrence – an earthquake, a violent attack – are covered completely after the group has met its basic retention limit.
